This company sent out their tech whom diagnosed our unit with low freon. I asked the tech where the freon went. He said he didn't know because he couldn't find a leak and freon doesn't evaporate. He asked us to pay him $1000.00 to recharge the unit. We sent him on his way and called another company. The other company said there was nothing wrong with the level of refrigerant and that the unit had a faulty fan motor. it was covered under manufacturer warranty. This was not the first time we had a bad experience with them but we paid them to install the unit and they include 2 years of service with the purchase. The tech even forgot to put in the intake filter. The manager didn't even call us.
