We have had the system for 3 months now it took almost two weeks to get the system repaired the first time and it had some issues were it wasn’t responding for a couple of days. I’m not really satisfied with the system because of some of the issues , I’m please with Robert and Nathan the two technicians that have come out on the service calls they both are true professionals and take the time to go through the system to make sure you are comfortable when they leave. These technicians need to be recognized for their professionalism in the field. Hopefully we don’t have anymore problems with the system.
