Called in to see how much it would be to have someone come out and charge my AC. Got called and told I needed a service technician and not a maintenance technician which was an extra cost. Came in went on my roof told me my refrigerant was low. And then told me to be an additional $750 to recharge the AC. If they would have let me know over the phone that the service technician cost to recharge the AC was over $850 I wouldn't have bothered to have them come out and charge me $129 for something I already knew.
