After observing his obvious expertise with A/C systems, as well as his thorough knowledge of Alaskan AC products, policies and contractual procedures, he gained my trust. NOT an easy thing. I congratulate Alaskan AC for having such an outstanding asset in your employ. As I told Alex, I think he is skiled enough to 'walk on water' because he's smart enough to 'know where the rocks are'.
