Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating was pretty limited. My landlord scheduled a basic maintenance check for the heating and air conditioning system. This was an unexpected surprise. The technician that arrived was polite, professional, and courteous. I think everything turned out well as the technician didn't tell me of any issues.
