Every person with this company that I've dealt with, from office staff to technicians & supervisors, has been more than pleasant and professional. I had a significant noise issue with my new HVAC system, nothing to do with the installation but apparently how my home was built, and Alaskan took my complaint seriously, made every effort, and absolutely solved it! If you decide to go with another company that's 'cheaper', remember that you get what you pay for. I couldn't be happier that I chose Alaskan!
