This company is something else! I had the worst conversation with a member of management. I've already given them $1500 dollars for services that they provided and they said I needed two additional parts in order to have my system meet specs. I simply asked them for the part numbers and this is the response I received from a member of management, "the parts are in my truck, but I don't have time so I'm not going to give you the numbers". Yes, that is what this guy said. Hard to believe, but it gets better or shall I say worse, he then wouldn't give me his name so that I could report his behavior. WAIT it doesn't stop there! I left a review on Home Advisors and the OWNER of the company RON called them and said that they had never done business with me! I have emailed receipts and have sent them to Home Advisors. Ron should be ashamed of himself! I have contacted the BBB and I'm now going to contact the state to report this man lying and slander. Stay away from these crooks!
