Good work but too expensive

I hired Schmidt Mechanical to do work for me and they did a great job. I needed them to do more work, and wanted to hire them again but they were more expensive than another company we had found to do the same work. I called them to let them know that we had a bid for the same work for $1000 less, so I gave them a chance to do the work for less but they did not want to come down. Although their initial work was great, I would not go back to them.

Thank you for your feedback on this matter. I am happy to hear my firm does great work. When the technician quoted you a price it was our rock bottom price. Certain practices and measures have to be taken when repairing and installing new a/c systems. If another company quotes the same scope of work for $1,000.00 less, corners are definitely being cut. We feel our pricing is very competitive and when we leave a home we back it with a 1 yr. warranty and we stand ready 24/7 to take care of any issues that may occur. Thank you again and we will definitely use your feedback to better our overall experience we leave with customers.
