I have been under contract with Schmidt Mechanical Group for a while now. They come out twice a year to service my air conditioning system. Recently they replaced the capacitor, and then recharged the system for a bit. The whole service took about an hour. The serviceman was very friendly, and I have no complaints whatsoever. He explained everything, answered all questions, and performed the service with expertise. I Wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
