We got a simple annual checkup from Schmidt Mechanical Group as part of our routine maintenance plan. The representative was helpful and did what we needed. He offered some additional recommendations for what I would need to improve the system. We weren't ready to make any changes at the time, but he left the information for us. He did his job, and I'd call them again if we needed anything.
