Great Customer Service from Susan who answered the phone and professionally scheduled our service, and then on short notice rescheduled our service after a personal scheduling problem, to Quincy, the service technician, who showed up on time, and who was professional and courteous in handling our entire service call. Quincy professionally explained concerns about our HVAC unit so that we could easily understand current needs, and future needs down the road. He also took time to crawl up into our small attic, on a day that was 100 degrees outside, and must have been over 150 in our attic to carefully assess our aging duct work system.
