I recently purchased a home. The home had been empty for about a year. I was worried about the heater. Called Schmidt Mechanical, received an appointment quickly. Technician was on time and explained everything that he did once completed. I had a couple of questions, and he took time out to answer my questions, also. Now I am set up for two inspections a year at a very reasonable rate.
