I don't understand why this company is highly rated. The movers sent two Guys who were not reassuring. They did Not bring boxes for the lamps that I told the company were coming. We had to take them ourselves. They couldn't figure out how to get the sofa in the elevator until my husband helped. They broke off a piece of a frame, scratched the floor and got lost on the way to our home. Not good. Would not use this company again.
