Perfect service! We have recommended them to our friends who have also utilized their services. We have used Personal Touch Flooring for about 5 years. We have had some hardwood flooring, carpeting laid in our house, and stair carpeting also. That has been for the last couple of years and it is in excellent condition.

They have been extremely responsive to questions. There were no problems. If there was something minor that needed to be enhanced, they came out immediately and we were very happy with that.
