We had these folks replace our opener a few years ago, and it was a fantastic, no-worries experience. So when our door decided to give out the other day, I called Dependable first - and I was not disappointed. Gary came out right away, told us the cost up-front, and showed me the results after the job was done and let me test things out. He explained exactly what had gone wrong, and how he would keep it from happening in the future. He even answered questions from my 10-year-old son about electricity... you just don't find service like this anymore. A fabulous company, with a solid stake in their service.
