I recently called and spoke with Pate on a Sunday after 5:00 PM. He discussed the solution and provided a quote over the phone immediately. He was able to send out a technician, Tim, who was at our house within the hour. Within the next hour the mainspring was replaced, Tim lubed the rollers on both garage doors and checked out his repair work and both garage doors. Great service, great response and great people. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs garage door repair work.
