I went in for an oil change after being out of state for over a year. When the clerk asked my name another clerk recognized my last name and asked if I was related to one of they're regular customers. After finding out she was my mother he informed me that she was a very sweet lady. This kind of connection is just what I look for in a business I need to trust. The oil change was quick too.
