It took about two weeks for them to repair my car, as they had specified. They informed me that there would be a slight delay in their work because of the Thanksgiving holiday, but they completed everything within the time period that they quoted to me. They even gave me a card with a link that I could access online in order to check on the progress of my car periodically.

They also took care of everything with my insurance company. All I had to do was sign off on their work when I came to pick up my car and was satisfied with the work. They made it very easy for me.

I was very happy with what they did for my car. I had had an experience with another collision repair company a year or two ago, and I was really unsatisfied with the way things went.
