Purchased a Groupon and used Vera Clean for the first (and last) time. They neglected a number of items that were specifically spelled out for them on a list. The empty fridge was not touched even though I informed the this was a move in/move out cleaning. I called the supervisor and she was combative over the phone and completely uninterested in making things right. I have hired another company to do what Vera Clean did not. Definitely pass on this company.
