Made an appointment one week ago for today. Service Technician was to be at my home between 2 - 4pm ... No call - No show - No nothing. I had to call them at 5pm to find out what was going on. Needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere. If you can't call me to let me know you're running late then you don't respect me or my time.
