Nik was very friendly and professional and had an unbeatable guarentee. Our carpets are a very light beige and we had at least 7 large stains in the living room. Myself and another company had attempted and was unsuccessful. I can't even tell where the stains once were, amazing. I was also pleased that the carpet were soft after he was finished and didn't leave any after smell. I have and will recommend Ecosafe to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.
