The customer service at Carpets Plus Outlet was very friendly. I didn't know exactly what I wanted when I went in, and they helped me pick out my floors. I needed new floors for my kitchen and bathroom. I told them what I would like and they showed men their inventory and brought out samples. I thought that they had a good selection and competitive prices. When I finished the purchase they setup the installation appointment for me, which was very soon after. The installation went very smoothly. It took them about two days to finish. The workers were professional and neat. I am happy with the way the new floors look.
