I'm homebound but sales was able to help me over the phone with answers, suggestions, & were patient with me. They asked the right question so bought the samples that fit my home & gave me a good price. Installed in timely manner.
The 2 installers were neat & on time. They had to contend with 3 dogs but not a problem for them, even when my 75 lb. mixed breed insisted on hanging over his shoulder to "supervise" & gave kisses for approval. "Dog approved" installation & the vinyl planks we chose have a surface that Is not slippery for me & the dogs.
