I usually don't write reviews for companies but I had a bad experience with a competitor so I think this company deserves the credit for taking care of my issue. First off, it was great to get straight answers over the phone. The customer service was great and the tech showed up on time. We talked about what needed to be done and I feel a little smarter about bugs now. He was knowledgeable and efficient and I haven't had any issues since. I recommended them to a friend and he had a similar experience.
