I'd put more than five stars if I could. We had Carpet & Floors Market do all of the hardwood and laminate flooring in our house. They were always very punctual. They did good work and were quick to meet any requests if I had them. Also, when we had some carpeting replaced by them, one of the workman accidentally cracked the edge off of the fireplace hearth stone. I went to Ray about it. With no questions asked, he arranged for us to pick something to replace it, and the workman came right over to fix it.
