I've used Carpet & Floors Market for several years, and I've only had one not-completely happy experience. I originally contacted them a few years ago to replace the laminate wood floors throughout my house. Ray came out right away to take measurements, and I made an appointment to go look in their showroom. He was very patient while we made up our minds about what we wanted. In my time with them, I've only ever worked with Ray for filling out the paperwork and handling the project. He's great and very courteous.

I used them again later when I had two insurance claims because of a flood and had to replace my flooring and carpeting. The time I had the carpet replaced was the one time I wasn't happy, because I didn't like the installers who did the work. They were kind of rude. I told Ray about it, and he said he would talk to them.

The installers who have come to work on the laminate flooring have always been great. They always get it done when I'm ready for the work to start. Everything is ordered and installed in a timely and orderly way. They also are really great about working on my time frame and schedule. At the end of July they came and replaced some wood floors that had gotten wet. And when one of the boards wasn't sitting right after the installation, Ray had them come right back out and replace it. And that was it!

The staff at Carpet & Floors Market is very willing to serve. They have lots of products for you to choose from, from the lower end stuff when you need to stay within a budget, to the "I really want to make my house amazing" product. I love their showroom! I like to go and pretend that I could put everything in my house.

Paying for the service is easy peasy. The last time they came out, I hadn't made a payment yet. They didn't give me a hard time at all when they replaced the loose board. They weren't harassing me or anything, they just said to get it to them when the work is done.
