Miles Riggs Electric does a good job and they are thorough. I first started using them for electrical work at my home and then for my rental properties. They have done major work updating both my home and one of my rental houses, which was fairly old, and they made things a lot safer.

They also have stepped in to help me with various problems. For example, they worked with the electric company to get the power turned back on at one rental property so that they could get their work done. This was important because I had tenants who wanted to move in. On another occasion, Miles Riggs helped me contact the inspectors to inspect the work that they had done.

I continue to use Miles Riggs Electric because they carry through with projects and, if there are other problems, they bring them to my attention.
