John sold us a vehicle many years ago when he was working at a different shop in Los Gatos. When he opened his own shop in Santa Cruz we followed him, meaning we are willing to drive over the hill to see him because John is fair, honest, and a great mechanic. He has kept our cars running perfectly these past 6 years and we are loyal to him!
