My 15-year-old furnace blew out so I called Capital Heating & Cooling to come and replace it and they were fabulous. I had a quote from my previous heating and air provider and they quoted me $15,000. Capital Heating & Air showed me a new furnace and quoted me $5000, so I went with them.
Matt was the person who came out and told me what I wanted and what I didn't need and then Larry, their mechanic was the one who came out and installed the furnace and he was really knowledgeable and great to talk with.
There was one issue however with the install and that was with the computer system. I'm not good with computers, so I couldn't work the system and when I called Matt up and asked him how to operate it, Matt told me that I needed to read the handbook and that's it. Two weeks later, I tried to adjust the thermostat and it wouldn't work so I called them and Matt got back to me a day later and still told me that I need to read the handbook.
It's not a big deal but I would have liked them to send a tech over to show me how to use the thermostat. Other than that, I appreciate all that they did and their guys are very honest and gave me a great product and a great deal.
