I brought my V.W. Beetle to these folks just before Thanksgiving. After calling around to import car mechanics, I was totally freaking out from the cost they said it could be. Waterloo Transmission diagnosed problem, called me to confirm and fixed the problem at a fraction of the cost. These people are I believe very sincere and experts at what they do. Tim and Karen are very cool. I would recommend them to anyone.
