I was very pleased with the service I received from Waterloo Transmission. My transmission had quit on me, and they arranged for a tow pick up for my car. The sales person at the front and the mechanic who worked on my car were both very professional. They did a fine job at getting my car to run again. They gave me a lower price than what was estimated, and they even gave me a guarantee on their service. They called to follow up with me after the service, too. As long as my car keeps running, I am happy. They did a really nice job. I would recommend them.
