I got myself in a terrible bind. I just bought a new home, locked myself out, locksmith couldn't help! Without a solution but breaking my window, I got on the internet to look for a window company and am so grateful Glass Technologies was 1 out of 3 that my search pulled. Sent an email(it was evening) and within 15 minutes I received a call. I explain to the girl (think her name was Chris, I'm terrible with names) on the phone my situation, we considered different options, she was so helpful! The next day I was in my home. The gentleman that came to the house was great as well. Accessed all window to see what would be the best to break, explained why, etc. He was neat, pleasant and boarded up the window until my new one was ordered. The following week, window was in!
