I've been using them for at least a year now, maybe coming up on two. They always arrive on time and do a good job. They are very kind and patient with my dog, which I really appreciate. It is a little hard to communicate with them, one of the ladies that comes doesn't speak English really but I am usually able to communicate with the other and she will translate.
