Even before I knew what the repair looked like, it was the best customer service I have ever had. When I got to East Coast Collision and Auto Body Repair and I dropped it off, they asked if I wanted a rental. I don't use my car often so I said no I didn't need one but then they went a step further and insisted on driving me anywhere I needed to go. I had front-end body work done and East Coast Collision did a great job on the repair. As good as the repair was, the service from their mechanic and staff were even better.
