I chose Cameo Pools from a couple of other pool companies I spoke with. They seemed the most willing to collaborate with my husband and I. The coordinators Dawn and Marcie were fantastic. They were always keeping me up-to-date. Dawn was really great about sending me emails and communicating with me.

A couple of things that I would like to point out are the sales representative misquoted me. They quoted us for a mini-two pool, and instead we needed a mini-three. They also quoted the wrong-size cast. Also, the landscaping was a little off. The sizes did not match. They laid down a large rock in front, and a smaller rock in back. The color matches, but the size does not. It is very noticeable to other people.

I am saying all this because I like to give honest feedback. Also, I don't know if the contractors who installed the landscaping were from Cameo, as they had no self-identifying badges.

The man who came in and did the set up was contracted from another company. He was fantastic and answered a lot of my random questions and questions about chemicals. He was great, and they should keep him forever.

Overall, we are happy with the pool. It is better than we originally expected . There were a few hiccups along the way, as to be expected. Nothing sat idle for too long; we just kept going. We were able to customize our pool. I came up with the design and they did the computer model.
