I have never had any difficulty accessing the unit regardless of the day or time. It is well lit and clean. There are many dollies available to help move your items to be stored. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have our unit fee charged directly to our credit card each month and when I forgot to inform StorSafe that the number of the card changed the manager and I spoke and he cleared up the matter professionally and with no late fee for me. I appreciate the attention to detail and the email of my receipt and updates each month.
