When I recently tried to lift a heavy object, I did something wrong and hurt my back and was in pain like never before. Before meeting Dr. Dan I would have taken a bunch of ibuprofen over several days and eventually go see my physician if it didn't get better. I would be told to take more ibuprofen and get rest. In this case I called Dr. Dan and he got me in the first thing in the morning. He said it was good I came in so shortly after the injury because immediate treatment helps reduce the chance of chronic pain. He adjusted me and told me that the pain would decrease but also migrate to a different part of my back as my joints began to realign. He also had me come back twice more the first day for repeat adjustments and then twice on the second day. By the third day I was about 90% back to normal and I was at 100% by the fourth day. What a difference it made. The pain decreased immediately. Everything happened as he described it would and my recovery was fast and amazing. The biggest lesson for me was, don't wait. Treat the pain immediately for faster recovery.
