She has the customer touch and understanding of what are our hearing problems and how to solve it. Her office staff - Kelly - is very supporting and works very well with customers. The Doctor is always available and was there when I needed her - she took one day to get my hearing aid replaced - although I did find the one I thought I lost. Will recommend to anyone.
