I was fitted with hearing aids by Ascent Audiology & Hearing and 7 months later they weren't working. I went back to see her and she took time out of her schedule to sit with me and explain the cleaning process. She showed me everything I need to do, step by step. I was very impressed. I also like that they call on the phone to remind me about appointments.
