This was the second time I used Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning. I specifically went back to Rich because he had done such a great job for me. Carpet cleaning is what he does and he arrives on time. I showed him a special area that needed a little repair this last time he came and he said he could do it and did an excellent job. So that was something he hadn't expected to do when he arrived, but he included it for me and got it done. It was great! He's a perfectionist and you can rely on him.
