Poor customer service
I had an issue where my pool turned green. After numerous conversations with Michelle (After finally getting a call back from her), I was basically blamed for the pool turning green. They never answer the phone and let it go to voicemail. You leave a message and they won't return your call for 2-3 days. The price was reasonable but in this case you get what you pay for. I was able to find someone that previously worked for them and the customer service and price are right on! I would not recommend Professional Pool Care.
