Poor customer service

I had an issue where my pool turned green. After numerous conversations with Michelle (After finally getting a call back from her), I was basically blamed for the pool turning green. They never answer the phone and let it go to voicemail. You leave a message and they won't return your call for 2-3 days. The price was reasonable but in this case you get what you pay for. I was able to find someone that previously worked for them and the customer service and price are right on! I would not recommend Professional Pool Care.

Franklin contacted us for chemical only service which we provided. He had some algae form in his pool days after our weekly treatment had been performed he had not brushed the pool down after the treatment so we asked him to brush the pool down.

The next available time for the pool technician to come back was after the weekend because he went on vacation. We did have someone to cover the area but he fell ill and we had no one else to get to that area sooner.

We do answer our phones during normal business hours and when the lines are busy they go to voicemail. We try to call the customer back within a timely manner usually within an hour or so.

I am sorry that Franklin had a bad experience at the start of service with us. We do not like to perform chemical only treatments to pools for this very reason. If we were to handle his pool on a full service basis we would have cleaned the pool on our weekly visit to keep the water crystal clear.
