Jay, from Carr's Rug Cleaning, came out to do the service. He worked attentively and his work appeared to be thorough. We are in the process of getting ready to move and he provided useful tips for our move-out day, a day when it is expected to be pouring. Overall, I was happy with how everything turned out.
