Terrible transport
Transportation is terrible. Waited over 16 hours- diabetic/stroke victim. Now at flower hospital waiting again 5 hours and no eta - and just going scross street to rehab. Totally unacceptable. First wait fell in Toledo hospital parking lot which has been reported.
