My husband and I were driving through town when we saw Ascent Audiology Fredericksburg in a strip mall. We went in and asked if they made sound canceling earplugs. My husband had a pair previously that had worn out, and we had been trying to find a place that would make us a pair.

The gentleman at Ascent said they could do it, and they saw us within the next half hour or hour. They took care of it, and they called us in a week to say the plugs were ready. We went back and picked them up.

The plugs are great! My husband loves them. The people at Ascent Audiology Fredericksburg really took care of us when we didn't even have an appointment!
