In my opinion, Ascent Audiology Fredericksburg is the best audiology clinic around. I have been using them for about eighteen months. I bought two top line hearing aids through them. The staff couldn't have been nicer or of more service to me. They are always professional and so willing to answer any questions. They make me feel like I am a priority and not just a sale to them. If I experience any glitches with my aid, they will examine it and make the proper adjustments. Dr. Kuster is very knowledgeable and helpful. He really cares for his clients and is eager to do anything he can to make your hearing deficiency better. He even recommended a text phone modulator when I informed him that I had particular difficulty hearing through the phone. Wendy is also extremely welcoming, as is the whole team. I have never regretted my decision to go with Ascent. My previous experiences with other hearing professionals was not exciting or enthused. These guys, however, are TOP QUALITY PROFESSIONALS!
