I took advantage of a special offer that I thought would include hot water extraction to address high traffic dirt. At the time of making the appointment I was informed with honesty that they would not have that up and running until May. To suffice for the interim they offered to come out and clean the designated area with encapsulation techniques then return to do the hot water extraction later. The procedure was completed in a professional manner and the carpet looks as clean as when I do it myself. We are particular about the care of our floors so we will have them come back in the spring to do the second treatment because from all that I have research I have read this will result in a more deep cleaning. My recommendation to others would occur after they come back. They appear to care very much about a good reputation so I look forward to seeing the results in May.
