Busy Bee Cleans LLC is very congenial and very professional. They make contact with me once a year right around the same time I'm needing to have my carpet cleaned for various reasons. Sometimes I have to cancel and that's not an issue for them. They're very gracious and will reschedule. I've had to reschedule multiple times before, but they've always been able to do that for me. I think I've given them a better time frame to work under now.

If I need to have them come back for any reason--if I find somethings not done according to my specifications, let's say a spot comes back--they will definitely come back and take care of it. In that regard, they're very good. I've been using their service for quite a long time. It's been at least five years. This gentleman's father used to run the business and now he's retired and I'm working with his son.

At some point, because I have nothing to base anything on, I actually might try to use somebody else just to get a comparison going. I think that's only fair to myself. I think about that, but then it's also just easy to go back to Busy Bee Cleans because they're familiar with me and I'm familiar with them. Because I live in Warm Springs, it's often hard for me to get service calls to my home. But Busy Bee doesn't charge mileage or anything. It's almost more effort for me to find somebody else.
