Bennett was very helpful and patient, offering his wide knowledge in dealing w/our pest problem. And for our problem - we both decided that NOT professionally treating it was the best option. He was concerned about the safety and health of our family, especially our infant son - and suggested simple measures to take to address the pest issue.
