I have used Supermaids, Inc. twice now. I have used them for move out cleaning services and carpet cleaning. They worked with me on pricing, but overall I find them to be inexpensive compared to other cleaning services. The second time around, there was a mix-up with scheduling. I thought they were coming later, and they thought they were coming earlier. They accommodated me and arranged to come at the later time slot. The carpet cleaner was the same gentleman, but the maids were different. They all still gave me the same excellent level of service that they provided to me five years ago. It all turned out well. I believe I made the right choice to do business with them again.
