I bought a van with seven thousand miles on it a few years ago from Royal Gate Automotive Group. The vehicle is excellent and I still use it. However, the service I received since my purchase has been unreliable. I went in to have the oil changed once and the technician forgot to replace it after the old oil was drained. They drove it around from the bay to the pick up lot before realizing the mistake. I now have a contract that states I get free oil changes for the life of the vehicle, but the new ownership attempted to recant on the agreement. I had to call the old manager to have him speak with the new owners and the problem seems to be resolved. I also had a problem that was not covered under warranty because gaskets were involved.
When you go to Royal Gate Automotive Group, know what you're doing and who you are dealing with. If you buy a vehicle from them, make sure they check it over as they should. I had problems, but they seem to work through those as best they can.
